Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SanctuaryClothing.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Swim- we’re unable to process returns for swimwear that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

I Received a Damaged/Defective Item

We will take back any damaged/defective item that was purchased from SanctuaryClothing.com for a refund within six (6) months of its original sale. Please contact our Customer Success desk at hello@sanctuaryclothing.com, or via Live Chat. 

Kindly note we are not able to take back damaged/defective item(s) not purchased directly on SanctuaryClothing.com. Please contact the merchant of purchase to inquire on their policies.

How do I Make a Return?

Kindly note we offer free returns on orders placed over $75. We otherwise charge a shipping fee for returns. We offer free returns in the case of exchanges and returns for store credit.

How do I Make a Gift Return?

Please visit our Return Center and select the "Start Gift return Here" option to complete a gift return.

Kindly note we will issue a store credit for the return, minus any shipping and postage fees.

How do I Make an Exchange?

Please visit our Return + Exchange Center to request an exchange.

We will still gladly honor any previous promotions and and/ or free shipments. If you do need an order adjustment please email us at hello@sanctuaryclothing.com and we will update your new order for you.

Do I Have to Pay for Shipping on Returns?

SanctuaryClothing.com offers free returns on all orders over $75. For all other orders, there is the return shipping fee related to returning your item(s). 

Holiday Season Return Policy

For orders placed between 11/01 and 1/01, we are pleased to offer extended returns within 60 days of receipt of your order.

Can I Return An Item to a Current Sanctuary Clothing Store?

Unfortunately no. Sanctuary Clothing currently does not offer any physical locations.

Where's My Refund?

Please allow two (2) weeks for us to receive your return package. Once delivered to our fulfillment center, you can expect your return to be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your banking institution. 

Can I Return Two Orders in One Package?

Yes! You may return two orders in one package. In fact, we would prefer it!

We would request you complete two returns on our Returns Center, as if you are returning them separately. Only use one label that has been created.

What we would request is for you to include both packing slips in the return with the Return Authorization code. Once we receive your return, we can then ensure we track everything seamlessly.
