Shipping
SanctuaryClothing.com ships all orders as quickly as possible using FedEx or US Postal Service. Kindly note there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, kindly contact customer service for help in choosing the right shipping method to receive it on time.
Shipping Deadlines: Orders received before 12 pm PST Monday to Friday will begin processing that day, orders placed after 12 pm PST, on the weekend, or on observed holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Timeline: FedEx 2-Day will be delivered 2 business days after it has been received from our warehouse. Ground options will be delivered within 10 business days of pickup.
Returns
To initiate a return, visit our Return Center.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your SanctuaryClothing.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Swim: We’re unable to process returns for swimwear that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.

The camo ones were a bit smaller in the waist than the black ones, so I exchanged the black ones for a size down. I was looking for cargos like this, and they are hard to find. Mid weight that I can use in fall, winter, maybe with leggings under, and spring.

I bought my first pair in a store & loved them. I ordered the same style and size on-line & they are an inch shorter in length & an inch smaller in the waist. My only advice would be to make sure the size is standard in each pair & color choice. One pair is either in the “runs large” category or the other pair is in the “runs small” category…. Ughhh.

Not too warm or cool, perfect weight for most weather! So cute on as well-look great with so many kinds of shoes and tops! I like them so much, I actually own 2 pair now! They fit a bit lower on the waist, which makes them super comfy for my shorter frame. For reference, I am 5’4” and 129 lbs. I get lots of compliments on these pants, too!
