Shipping

Shipping Deadlines: Orders received before 12 pm PST Monday to Friday will begin processing that day, orders placed after 12 pm PST, on the weekend, or on observed holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Timeline: FedEx 2-Day will be delivered 2 business days after it has been received from our warehouse. Ground options will be delivered within 10 business days of pickup.

Returns

To initiate a return, visit our Return Center.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SanctuaryClothing.com order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Swim: We’re unable to process returns for swimwear that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
